[摘 要]随着网络应用的普及，网络安全问题日益突出，在IP网络通信中提供对应用程序透明的加密服务，VPN是解决网络中信息安全传输的重要技术，而利用IPSec构建安全的VPN已成为一种趋势。本文首先介绍了VPN技术了，然后阐述IPSec协议体系，再次重点分析了基于IPSec协议构建VPN技术，最后简要了说明了一下VPN市场的发展趋势以及IP-VPN的未来。
